Greenlight Software LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is a limited-liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. We build Greenlight Approvals and related services that integrate with NetSuite and other ERP platforms.

About Greenlight Approvals: Greenlight Approvals is a NetSuite-native application that provides multi-step approval workflows, budget enforcement, and compliance controls for NetSuite users. The software runs natively within NetSuite and provides approval routing, audit logging, and budget intelligence features.

Transaction data, approval records, and audit logs are processed and stored within NetSuite according to NetSuite's data handling practices and your NetSuite account settings. We do not extract or store your NetSuite business data outside of the NetSuite platform.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Marketing preferences are honored until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
