> Greenlight Approvals is a NetSuite-native approval workflow platform built for audit readiness. It provides multi-step approval routing, budget enforcement, delegation controls, and compliance-grade audit trails — all running natively inside NetSuite.

Greenlight Approvals solves a specific problem: most NetSuite approval tools prioritize speed over correctness. They evaluate routing rules once at submission, don't re-evaluate when transactions change, and log approvals to system notes that are difficult to extract for auditors. Greenlight re-evaluates approval chains when amounts or line items change, captures structured audit evidence automatically, and provides controlled override and delegation workflows that satisfy SOX and internal audit requirements.
